We strive to be the best pest control company in the Olympia area ​and to help maintain a good relationship with our customers with loyalty and honesty.

SERVICE VISITS: Our recurring services are generally preventative treatments on the exterior of the home. Our service includes treating the foundation of your home, treating insect entry points, removing spider webs, removing wasp nests, looking for new rodent entry points and sealing them up, granulating a perimeter around your home, dusting cracks and crevices and checking rodent traps. Please not that our treatments vary depending on the time of year and weather. A normal preventative treatment takes between 15 and 30 minutes to perform.

BILLING: Payment is due at the time of your service. At the time of your service we will email an invoice with the amount due. We do not mail invoices, unless requested. Payments that are received more than 30 days past their due date are subject to a late fee. To make payment, you may pay your technician, pay from your email invoice, call us with a Visa or MasterCard or mail us a check to: 8530 Steilacoom Rd SE #99, Olympia WA 98513. If you would like us to keep a credit card on file and automatically charge it after your service, please let our office know.

CONTINUING SERVICE: Just like a cell phone or cable TV contract, our service will continue once you have fulfilled your contract. Most of our contracts are for one year and after that year has been fulfilled, we will continue to treat your home until cancelled. NOTIFICATIONS: The day before your treatment, we will notify you via phone. Please make the necessary arraignments to have gates unlocked and pets inside. If gates are locked or pets outside, we will only treat those areas we have access to. If you need to have the inside of your home treated or rodent traps checked, please call us and we’d be happy to schedule a time that’s convenient for you. Also, if you’d like to know what time we’ll be coming to your home, call us and we’d be glad to give you a more accurate time of arrival.

NON-COVERED PESTS: There are some pests that are just not covered under your contract, mainly because we cannot prevent them. These include stink bugs, termites, bed bugs, moles, fleas, squirrels and raccoons. If you ever get these pests, please contact us. If we offer these services, we’d be glad to help you out at a discounted rate.

GUARANTEED SERVICE: If anything comes up between your scheduled visits, please let us know and we’d be glad to return for free! Please understand that some pests take multiple visits to eradicate and can be very frustrating. We will do whatever we can to get rid of your problem, but if you’re not happy with our service, please let us know.

WEATHER AND WINTER: We will use on discretion on rain days depending on your target pest, structure, severity of weather, etc. Also, it is important that your home be treated in the winter months, we generally have mild winters, insects and especially rodents, remain active.
