Initial Services

  1. Carpenter Ants $349(+tax), includes 2 visits, 4 weeks apart.
  2. Nuisance Ants (odorous house and pavement ants) $299(+tax), includes 2 visits, 2 weeks apart.
  3. Spiders $299(+tax), includes 2 visits, 2 weeks apart.
  4. Rodents $399(+tax),includes inspection, an estimate for repairs necessary to keep rodents out, trap set up and trap monitoring for up to 30 days (four weekly trap checks).
  5. Paper Wasps start at $249(+tax).
  6. Yellow Jackets start at $299(+tax).
  7. Roaches require a site visit and estimate.
 
Ongoing quarterly maintenance is $125(+tax) every 3 months. 

After the initial service is complete, we can offer an ongoing maintenance program. This program offers a warranty for nuisance ants, spiders, and wasps. Rats and mice may be added only after inspection/repairs/trapping are complete.
