Initial Services

1. Ants $279(+tax) this includes 2 visits, 2-4 weeks apart.
2. Spiders $249(+tax) One time service. 
3. Rodents $349(+tax) This includes a one month trapping program, inspection, an estimate for repairs necessary to keep rodents out, trap set up and monitoring for up to 30 days.
4. Wasps: Paper wasps start at $199(+tax) 
5. Yellow jackets start at $249(+tax) 
6. Ongoing maintenance is $125(+tax) every 3 months. 

After the initial service is complete, we can offer an ongoing maintenance program. This program offers a warranty for nuisance ants, spiders, and wasps. Rats and mice may be added only after inspection/repairs/trapping are complete.
